Start a new quote and pick the customer, or import one from Contacts. Add line items from your saved catalog of labor and materials, such as a panel swap, an outlet install or wire by the foot, and check the totals. If you want the agreed scope on record, capture the customer's signature.
Then send the quote PDF by text or email from your own phone. When the customer says yes, convert the quote to a job and run the job timer. You can pause it for lunch. Attach material receipts and photos as you go. When you finish, turn the job into an invoice with one tap. Nothing is retyped between steps, and the invoice shows a running balance as payments come in.
